1. Place a Prepaid Order
Add your personalized mug to the cart and complete your purchase online.
2. COD not Eligible
Cash on Delivery is not available for personalized items. If your cart includes a mix of COD and non-COD eligible items, COD will be disabled at checkout.
3. Send Your Custom Details
Email your personalization details (name, date of birth, or any custom text) along with your order number to info@designanddoodle.in.
4. Design Confirmation
We’ll email you a preview of the final design for your approval before we begin production.
5. Approve the Design
Reply to our email with your confirmation. We’ll only proceed once we receive your approval.
6. Production & Shipping
Once approved, we’ll craft your mug and ship it out.
(Note: Personalized products may take a little longer to ship than our ready-made items.)
